Cleaning is one of those services where the difference between a good provider and a poor one becomes very apparent, very quickly. We take a different approach. Before any contract begins, we carry out a full assessment of the site to understand the scope of work, the frequency required, and any specific areas that need particular attention. Our cleaning schedules are then built around that, not around what is convenient for us.

Our teams are trained, supervised, and held to a clear standard on every visit. We use professional-grade equipment and products throughout, and we carry out regular quality checks to ensure the standard does not slip over time.

For clients who require cleaning alongside our security or concierge services, we are able to coordinate both under a single managed contract, which simplifies communication and ensures both teams are working in a joined-up way. It is a more efficient arrangement and, in our experience, it produces better results.
